Terms of sale

Digital products sold by CredBolt. Last updated 24 September 2026.

These terms apply to the Google Review Removal Playbook, the Response Pack, and any bundle of the two, bought from credbolt.co. Paying for a product means you accept them.

What you are buying

The Playbook is a downloadable PDF with accompanying template and tracker files. It is general information and practical guidance on Google's own review reporting and appeal process, prepared by CredBolt from our work for clients, and sold for your own use on business profiles you own or manage.

The Response Pack is a set of written replies to negative reviews on one Google Business Profile, prepared for you from the details you give us after purchase and delivered by email. You review every reply before you post it, and you are responsible for what you publish.

Delivery

The Playbook is delivered immediately after payment on the download page, and the download link stays live. If you lose the page, use credbolt.co/playbook-help. The Response Pack is delivered within two business days of receiving your completed intake form. Delivery depends on you supplying a working Google profile link and an email address we can reach.

Refunds

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, or prepared specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, including if you decide after downloading that you did not need the product, or if Google declines a report or an appeal.

Nothing in these terms removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not delivered, contact hello@credbolt.co and we will put it right, which may include a replacement, a corrected file or a refund as the law requires.

Outcomes

Every report and appeal is decided by Google. The methods in the Playbook are the ones we use for clients and they give a case its strongest form, but no specific outcome on any specific review can be promised by anyone, and we do not promise one. A decision by Google is not a fault in the product.

Nothing we sell is legal advice, and CredBolt is not endorsed by, affiliated with or approved by Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. Where a legal route is described, it is described so that you can discuss it with a solicitor.

Accuracy and your responsibility

The templates ask you to state facts about your business and a review. Only ever state what is true. Google's forms ask you to confirm that the information you give is accurate, and that confirmation is yours. Replies in a Response Pack are written from the information you give us and are drafts for your review; check each one for accuracy before you post it.

Updates and help

A Playbook purchase includes every new edition for 12 months from the date of purchase, at the same download link, and 30 days of email help at hello@credbolt.co with questions about following the steps. Help covers how to use the product; it is not a review of your individual case.

Licence

Your purchase is a licence for one business, or a group under common ownership, to use the products on its own profiles. Please do not copy, share, resell or publish the Playbook, the templates or the Response Pack. Copyright 2026 CredBolt.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in Australian dollars for visitors in Australia and in US dollars elsewhere, and the currency you are charged in is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Prices may change; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
